IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT
We are very pleased to announce to you that all tube roll sales, engineering, manufacturing, and regrinding operations of Johnston Manufacturing Co., Inc., dba JMC Rollmasters Div. have been merged with those of Hartsgrove Machine Inc., 2683 State Route 534, Rock Creek, Ohio 44084.
Hartsgrove Machine (HMI) was founded by Dave Bixel in 1997 after fifteen years working in the largest roll shop in the U.S. His goal was to use all of the latest technology to mass produce the best rolls in the world. Around the year 2000, Hartsgrove Machine started producing roll blanks for our JMC Rollmasters Div. and soon HMI began producing virtually all of our (and your) new tube mill and roll form tooling.
Our primary goal in affecting this change was to better serve the needs of our customers as well as the welded tube industry as a whole. We have now combined the state of the art roll manufacturing capabilities of Hartsgrove Machine (HMI) with the advanced Tube Roll Design software and integrated tube mill setup and tube roll documentation systems to create a powerful new company well positioned to serve the industry throughout the 21st Century and beyond.
Both operations are now merged at the beautiful, rural Rock Creek facility, owned by HMI, You are able to contact the same friendly people you are accustomed to dealing with.
Dave and Rosemary Bixel want to extend an invitation to all current customers and the industry as a whole to visit them at their Rock Creek, Ohio facility. Please let them know if you wish to do so and arrangements will be made for you.
